Service details: pet type and breed, requested service, budget range, timeline, and any message you write.
Appointment records: service address, visit dates, groomer notes and photos taken during a visit.
Payment information processed by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers on our systems.
Technical data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and pages viewed.
Cookie and pixel data from analytics and advertising tools, where you have consented to it.

2. How We Use Your Information

To prepare and send quotes and to schedule, confirm and complete grooming appointments.
To contact you by phone, SMS or email about your booking, arrival windows and follow-up care.
To process payments, issue receipts and maintain business records.
To improve our services, routes and website experience.
To measure marketing performance and, where permitted, show relevant ads on third-party platforms.
To comply with legal, tax, insurance and safety obligations.

3. Legal Basis & Consent

We process booking data to perform the service you request.
Marketing messages are sent only with your consent; you can withdraw it at any time.
Analytics and advertising cookies are set only where consent is required and given.

4. Data Retention

Quote requests that do not become bookings: retained up to 12 months, then deleted.
Client and appointment records: retained up to 7 years to meet tax and insurance requirements.
Marketing contact lists: retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Analytics data: retained in aggregated or pseudonymised form for up to 26 months.

5. Third Parties We Share With

Scheduling, CRM and email/SMS providers used to run bookings and reminders.
Payment processors that handle transactions securely on our behalf.
Analytics and advertising platforms (for example, website analytics and ad measurement tools).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share pet photos publicly without your permission.

6. Advertising & Cookies

We may use cookies or pixels to measure ad campaigns and website conversions.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential site functions will still work.
You can opt out of personalised advertising through your device or ad-platform settings.

7. Data Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Access to client records is limited to staff who need it, protected by unique accounts and strong authentication.
Vendors are selected for their security practices and bound by data-processing terms.
No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Your Rights

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
